Customer Service Representative

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Care Representative at our Stockland Hervey Bay Shopping Centre. As a key member of our centre management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our customers and tenants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide superior customer service and support to customers and tenants, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Liaise with tenants as the first point of contact, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a prompt and efficient manner.
- Gather, qualify, and quantify customer feedback, complaints, and compliments, and effectively communicate these to the Stockland business.
- Manage all duties associated with the running of the Customer Care Desk, including maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to all OH&S standards and procedures, and addressing any health, safety, and environmental issues promptly.
- Follow all public liability incident management processes, ensuring that all incidents are reported and managed in accordance with Stockland's policies and procedures.
About You:
- You will have experience delivering exceptional customer service, either face-to-face or over the phone, and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- You will have sound administrative skills and a basic working knowledge of MS Office Suite, with the ability to stay calm under pressure and work in a fast-paced environment.
- You will be able to demonstrate a strong attention to detail and a keen ability to show initiative, with a resilient attitude and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Requirements:
