Calling residential Property Managers in the Eastern suburbs. Here is a role with no Saturdays and some WFH flexibility

Our client have a great reputation for longevity and staff care.

They are now looking for an experienced Property Manager who can step in and manage a really tidy PF of 160 properties.

There is so much support by way of admin and 2 concierges, and to top it off, no Saturdays required.

The role will be responsible for, but not restricted to:

  • All aspects of property management
  • Liaise with owners, tenants, contractors and external suppliers
  • Conduct routine inspections
  • Ingoing & outgoing condition reports
  • Bond lodgement and refunds
  • Lease renewals
  • Overseeing and coordinating maintenance

Who would we love to meet?

  • Someone with 12 years Property Management experience managing your own portfolio
  • Holds their Agents Rep / Cert 4 in Property (minimum)
  • Drivers license / reliable car
  • Strong communication skills
  • A fabulous team player, who can come in and add wonderful value to their team
  • Neat and tidy personal presentation
