About the Job and the Company

As a Sales Leader at Braze's Customer Engagement platform, you'll be responsible for managing a team of Scale Account Executives. We are seeking individuals who are enthusiastic about helping brands enhance communication with their customers, developing a successful team, and expanding our innovative customer base.

The ideal candidate should have 3 to 5 years of experience leading a team of Midmarket / Scale sellers in a fast-paced and competitive market environment.

Your team will focus on building and maintaining client relationships, driving net-new business, and expanding customer interactions across various industries. You'll play a vital role in addressing customer needs and engaging in customer-facing activities.

Your leadership will directly impact customer success, team development, and Braze's overall success.

  • Inspire and lead the Sales Scale team
  • Mentor and grow team members

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years in Sales
  • Experience managing a team of Midmarket / Scale sales executives
  • Recruitment and talent development skills
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Business acumen and market awareness
  • Passion for digital consumer engagement trends
