A bit about the role.
- Resume formatting to comply with client submission requirements.
- General administration activity supporting the ScaleUp internal processes and procedures.
- Lead generation and building out client network within specific niche.
- Business Development across existing clients as well as new to business to ScaleUp.
- Heaps of progression available as the company grows.
A bit about you.
- Previous experience using a CRM and social media platforms including LinkedIn.
- Highly driven individual who loves overachieving and exceeding targets
- Good attention to detail and comfortable with KPI and targets.
- At least 4 years experience as a recruitment consultant in any industry with full 360 recruitment lifecycle.
- Able to demonstrate very good verbal and written communications skills.
- Strong listening skills, with ability to take direction and retain information.
- Ideally worked in or enjoys a fastpaced environment.
- Highly resilient with ability to selfprioritise and build strong relationships.
