This is a unique entry-level opportunity for an enthusiastic and ambitious graduate to join a collaborative, high calibre and growing team in an organization that has a strong track record of promoting from within.

This role is responsible for key strategic initiatives to support interaction with clients and prospects.

The incumbent will be responsible for a suite of services available to financial professionals who work with the firm and will be involved with professional consulting, events, webcasts, client communities, training and marketing support.


Key Accountabilities:

  • Develop Practice Management presentations.
  • Support the Regional Director with preparation and participation in client meetings and developing and delivering Practice Management offers.
  • Coordinate with the Marketing team on the promotion of events, conferences & webcasts.
  • Assist in the development and delivery of marquee conferences.
  • Collaborate with marketing and events teams to ensure highlevel communication pre and postconference/event.
  • Manage webcast recording and publication.
  • Assist in the development and communication of quarterly resources for clients and regional directors.

Technical Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required with a strong academic record.
  • 12 years experience in the Financial Services Industry is ideal.
  • Strong project management skills including project planning, time management, organisation.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects at once.
  • Ability to respond to rapidly changing business needs quickly and effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detailoriented.
  • Ability to work equally well in a team environment and independently.
  • Strong computer skills with the ability to learn programs as needed.
  • Intention to pursue outside investmentrelated education (e.g., MBA, CFA, CFP).
