The Role:


In continuing our drive for success in the Asset Servicing division (NAS), we are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Client Services team.


Working with a supportive team of Client Service Managers and stakeholders across the business, this role has responsibility to support client administration, correspondence and day-to-day contact with a large Funds Management client.

This is also great opportunity to build on your existing investment administration or managed funds knowledge, while engaging with clients and colleagues on a wide range of interesting topics.


Key responsibilities include the following:

  • Participate in regular service meetings and adhoc meetings with clients, ensuring detailed agendas and action lists are prepared and followed
  • Liaise with clients, fund managers and other business areas on queries pertaining to service delivery, operational or product changes and other areas of expertise
  • Manage allocated client issues through to resolution with the client, third party fund managers, or Asset Servicing Operations and Investment Administration teams
  • Support the analysis and reconciliation of client investment transactions with the coordination of periodic reporting or actions to resolve any issues
  • Support all functions required to service existing clients, including accurate recordkeeping, client reporting and data integrity.
