Our client is an innovative business who are a market leader in their respective sector.

They have a significant number of ICT projects underway and plenty in the pipeline commencing in the next 12 months +.

Reporting to the PMO Manager and working closely with the Commercial Finance Manager you will be

  • Lead, develop and maintain a detailed process to support all aspects of financial management, reporting and forecasting across the program. Educate all vendors and workstream leads in the process.
  • Support continual improvement of financial and resource management processes, templates, workflows, tools, design, and implementation
  • Track and report monthly financial performance against baseline
  • Compile and capture program budget and forecast estimates to completion
  • Review vendor costs against milestones, linking in the project scope and schedule to the underlying financial performance
  • Maintain an audit trail of changes to budget and approved use of contingency
  • Review risks and issues with Program Director and Program Delivery Director and include items that may have an impact on the financial performance of the program, including any scope changes, vendor variations or internal resource changes


You will have a strong background in project accounting, have a high level of commercial acumen, be confident partnering with non finance leaders, have experience using SAP and a strong track record supporting a PMO.

ICT Project Accounting experience will be an advantage. This is an immediate start for a minimum of 12 months.
