Access Hire Adelaide is a leading supplier of hire equipment, including an extensive range of elevated work platforms and access equipment for both hire and sale. Access Hire Adelaide is currently seeking an ambitious and results-oriented sales professional to join the team in Wingfield on a full-time, permanent basis, bringing with them a fresh perspective on generating new business. The successful candidate will have a hunter's mentality; a genuine hunger and drive to seize any opportunity regardless of challenges.
Reporting to our Sales Manager, you will be primarily responsible for building market share through developing new business. You will also collaborate with our existing sales and accounts team to target customers from the current market.
Key responsibilities include:
- Establishing yourself as an industry client solution partner.
- Driving revenue growth to meet and exceed agreed-upon targets on a monthly and annual basis.
- Building and maintaining strong, lasting relationships with key sales customers, in cooperation with internal stakeholders.
- Conducting customer site visits to strengthen business relationships.
In addition to upholding our core values of People, Safety, Respect, Communication, and Continuous Improvement, the ideal candidate will have:
- 2-5 years' experience in a similar position with a successful track record of achieving outstanding sales results.
- Experience with the sales, service, and hire of generators is crucial.
- Demonstrated ability to establish and nurture strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent communication skills, engaging effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Capacity to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines, and effectively prioritizing work.
- Strong motivation to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- An enthusiastic, energetic, and diligent approach.
- Desire to learn and be coached for success.
- Keen attention to detail, strong work ethic, and organized demeanor.
- Valid driver's license.
