An Exciting Job Opportunity Awaits

Under the leadership of the National Commercial Manager and alongside a team of committed Commercial BDMs, your main goal will be to drive substantial business growth and enhance market share within the allocated SA Commercial Customers. Utilizing B2B digital tools to cultivate business partnerships, boost sales, and enhance operational efficiency.

As a Repco Commercial BDM, your duties will involve (but not be restricted to):

  • Effectively manage the territory according to Repco's Customer Value Proposition, collaborating with key stakeholders to meet the goals of the business strategy.
  • Oversee a customer territory, utilizing our CRM system to capitalize on business prospects and sales expansion.
  • This role will involve regular travel within SA.
  • Participation in Sales Meetings, Trade Shows & Product Training as needed.

Think you're the perfect fit? To be eligible for this role, your track record should showcase:

  • Experience in Business Development Management within sectors such as Automotive, Industrial, Local Government, Transport, or Commercial Hire will be highly regarded.
  • Demonstrated success in various areas including sales performance, cultivating customer relationships, and territory oversight.
  • Proficiency in working with CRM platforms and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Strong negotiation skills, the power to influence decisions, drive results, and manage outcomes.
  • Solid business understanding and numerical proficiency.
  • Evidence of effective prioritization of tasks.
  • Outgoing personality with a can-do attitude, who thrives in a dynamic environment and remains composed under pressure.
