This is a pivotal role in which you will be working directly with small to medium businesses across a diverse range of industries through face-to-face meetings.

The only way we can ensure Australian workplaces are set up for success is to visit them.


As you work with business owners to understand their employment relations landscape, your goal is to continue to support them through implementing a tailored approach to Employment Relations.

Building strong relationships with your clients is critical to your success ensuring you are viewed as a trusted advisor within your field of expertise.

Your ability to explain technical concepts in simplified terms is a key to your success.


You will have excellent communication skills, ideally you will hold a formal qualification in HR/IR or Law and be driven to deliver exceptional levels of service to our client base.


You will be an individual who thrives in building connections and really going above and beyond with impeccable presentation skills both written and verbal.


With a "Can DO" attitude, strong attention to detail you will a self-starter who thrives in a fast paced, ever-changing environment of Employment Relations.
