Our Client

Our client is a rapidly growing, outcomes focused NewLaw firm. They offer a true alternative to the traditional law firm model with a different and unique experience for both lawyers and clients. The firm has done away with the traditional hierarchical structure and there will be no timesheets If you are looking for reignite your passion for law this is the role for you.

The Role

We are looking for an Employment Lawyer with 4-10 years employment/workplace relations experience, including enterprise bargaining agreements, unfair dismissal claims and general protections claims.

You will complete the full spectrum of employment law work across the hiring, managing and firing lifecycle. You will have the opportunity to become the direct contact for retained client work as well as building and maintaining client relationships.
