YOUR ROLE


Based at our Minto NSW offices, we're seeking an enthusiastic Compliance / Data Administrator to help ensure that CEVA and its commercial drivers fulfil various legal and audit requirements in relation to speed and fatigue management.


Specifically, you'll:

  • Complete routine and adhoc data entry of driver worksheets / diaries in our systems
  • Coordinate technical repairs, installs and uninstalls of GPS equipment across our fleet
  • Support the audit process for fatigue or speed related breaches through reporting, escalation, arranging driving meetings, etc.
  • Support drivers to understand any nonconformance reports through an applied understanding of fatigue management rules and supporting evidence, including any retraining required.
  • Followup with drivers as required for missing diary pages or outstanding breaches.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?


Alternatively, we'd be happy to hear from those with a background in data entry / administration or a recent graduate (in any field of study).


You should also have:

  • Intermediate skills in MS Excel and capable of learning / embracing new systems
  • Good communication, customer service, time management and planning skills
  • Strong accuracy and attention to detail, and ability to problemsolve / troubleshoot independently.
