  • A leading Entertainment destination is seeking a PMO Manager to join their team for an initial 6 month contract with the view to extend. This role is working on a business critical transformation program, encompassing both business and technology, with a strong regulatory focus.

About the role:

  • Lead and manage the PMO team, including providing guidance and support to team members
  • Develop and implement PMO processes and procedures
  • Working across both technology enablement and business enablement
  • Manage project budgets and resources, governing the spend on resourcing
  • Report on project progress and performance
  • Identify and mitigate project risks
  • Ensure compliance with all governance requirements
  • Stakeholder management with Senior team members and management

About you:

  • At least 3 years of experience as a PMO Manager
  • Experience working at a Program Level
  • Proven track record of success in a fastpaced environment
  • Experience in highly regulated environment, experience in a remediation program environment
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
