Key Responsibilities

  • Project Funding Requests: Support the delivery of project funding requests where needed.
  • Program and Project Stage-Gate Review Process: Support the program and project stage-gate review process, health checks, and provide recommendations for ongoing improvements.
  • Advice and Support: Provide advice and support to ensure consistent and best practice application of project and change methodology.
  • BAU Teams Support: Support BAU teams with advice and guidance that uplift project discipline and knowledge of tools.
  • Internal Governance and EPMO Activities: Coordinate and support internal governance and EPMO activities, including financial management and resource onboarding/offboarding.
  • Project/Program Support: Provide project and program support as required, including governance and risk tracking, reporting, and program/project administration.
  • Regular Project Status Reports: Prepare and deliver regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Documentation and Lessons Learned: Maintain comprehensive documentation and records, and ensure lessons learned from projects are documented and shared across the organization.

About You

You will bring demonstrated PMO experience working particularly across program and/or project delivery, financials, and reporting and scheduling, with a solid understanding of project methodologies, frameworks, and concepts. Experience working in both Agile/Scrum and Waterfall within complex environments (ideally financial services), with P3O certification and project delivery experience highly regarded.
