About the Role

We are seeking an experienced PMO Director to join our team at Seven Consulting. As a PMO Director, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality PMO services to our clients, working directly with them to establish and operate the PMO for significant programs of works.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain PMO frameworks and best practices in line with changing requirements
  • Refine existing enterprise-level PMO practices to ensure alignment with client needs
  • Lead a team of PMO Managers and Consultants to deliver PMO services
  • Develop and implement PMO strategies to drive delivery outcomes
Requirements
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in governance and leadership, with a track record of successfully providing Program PMO services for large technology programs
  • Proven ability to manage complex program scheduling, financial and resource management, and deliverable management
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence and drive a strategic agenda
  • Strong references from previous employers and client sponsors
  • High energy levels to ensure successful project delivery or turnaround success
  • Natural team building skills and demonstrated leadership experience
  • Tenacity and resilience, remaining calm under pressure situations
