THE ROLE

_ Key responsibilities_

  • Ensure all Home Care referrals are generated and proactively source opportunities for Home Care growth; and review and follow up referrals and interest in Home Care Packages.
  • Carry out Home Care assessments for potential clients, and support and assist them through their Home Care journey, including access to My Aged Care and referral process.
  • Provide first point of contact for all new Home Care enquiries posttriage by the Amana Living Customer Service Centre where there is availability.
  • Coordinate the process for filling Home Care Packages via internal/external referrals; negotiate and prepare all required information relating to Home Care Packages; and introduce new clients to Home Care Advisors and/or Client Service Managers.
  • Align with the Marketing Manager to promote availability and service offering, and assist in the promotion of Home Care services, recording responses form referrals, promotional activities, and campaigns.
  • Prepare and provide monthly report to Operations Manager with Home Care Package growth; and remain current with applicable legislation and undertake ongoing professional development to ensure currency of knowledge.

ABOUT YOU

_ Competencies & Behaviours_

  • Previous experience in a similar Home Care, Coordination and/or Retirement Living position, with a background working with people with diverse needs and expectations.
  • Demonstrated sales success, ideally in Home Care and Retirement Living, with a proven ability to convert referrals into sales.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and an ability to adhere to quality standards.
  • Ability to understand and respond to financial performance information.
  • Sound knowledge of Home Care legislation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Superior time management, organisational and problemsolving skills.

_Essential Criteria_

  • Evidence of COVID19 and 2023 Flu vaccinations
  • Ability to obtain a National Police Clearance _(within 6months validity)_
  • Successful completion of preemployment health form and reference checks
  • Class C driver's licence
