The Client Services Representative - Dental position provides services to both staff and external clients.
The Client Services team is often the first point of contact for DPV Health clients and is committed to providing it's services with professionalism, quality & efficiency.
This role will work across a variety of DPV Health Dental sites to ensure service delivery at reception and with the Dental department is delivered in a professional, proficient and caring manner to staff members and clients of DPV HealthAbout you
Applicants must have significant customer service experience, a high level of competency in Microsoft Office Products, previous experience and proficiency in Titanium and have knowledge and/or dental nursing background or exposure.
Highly developed communication and problem-solving skills to manage complex enquiries is essential.Your ability to upskill/train Client Service Representatives to adapt to new information technology systems as well as your ability to relate well with clients and staff will be highly valuable for this position.

The fine print
- Full driver license and travel between sites required
- You may be asked to either provide or register for a Medicare and MBS provider number and agree to donate the total amount from this work to DPV Health.
