We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.

As a representative in the financial sector, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding service to our valued clients, addressing their inquiries, and providing accurate information regarding our products and services.

You will play a critical role in maintaining our reputation for excellence in customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, answering inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information about our financial products, services, policies, and procedures to customers, ensuring a clear understanding.
  • Handle customer complaints and concerns with empathy and professionalism, striving for effective resolution.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and operations, to ensure seamless customer experiences and resolve complex issues.
  • Stay updated with industry regulations and best practices to provide compliant and reliable information to customers.
  • Utilise customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other tools effectively to document interactions and maintain accurate customer records.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge, customer service skills, and professional growth.

Position Summary:
We are seeking a talented and results-oriented individual to join our team as an Account Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key clients within the financial sector.

You will work closely with clients to understand their business goals, offer strategic financial advice, and recommend suitable products and services to meet their needs.

Through proactive relationship management and exceptional service, you will drive client retention, revenue growth, and contribute to the overall success of the organisation.


Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of key clients, establishing and maintaining strong relationships built on trust and professionalism.
  • Develop a deep understanding of clients' business objectives, financial needs, and industry trends to provide strategic financial advice and customised solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including product specialists, risk management, and operations, to deliver comprehensive solutions and ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the existing client base, nurturing leads and converting them into active clients.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and financial analyses to clients, demonstrating the value and benefits of our products and services.
  • Stay uptodate with industry regulations, market trends, and competitor activities to provide clients with insights and guidance on their financial strategies.
  • Monitor and analyse client performance, financial metrics, and market trends to identify risks and opportunities for clients and propose appropriate actions.
  • Prepare accurate and timely reports on client activities, sales pipeline, revenue forecasts, and other performance metrics.
  • Maintain comprehensive client records in the CRM system, documenting interactions, transactions, and client preferences.
  • Collaborate with the customer support team to address client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
