The Role
In this national role reporting to the National Franchise Operations Manager you will support franchise partners to build their business, increase revenue, maximise profitability and strengthen their commitment to the brand and company values.

A key part of a close knit highly functional head office team, you will coach franchise partners and share insights against benchmarks, set meaningful goals and drive improvement initiatives.

Given the importance of meeting both franchise industry and care sector regulations, there will also be an operational compliance aspect to your dealings with franchise partners.

In addition you will positively impact the overall capability of the business via franchise partner education initiatives, quarterly business reviews and the annual conference.

Your Experience
You'll have a proven background in an operational support role with a natural and credible communication style. You are able to forge relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, and understand the value of taking people on a journey.

With an ability to work independently and collaboratively within and across teams, success is assured as you:

  • are experienced supporting service providers or business partners in a regulated environment (eg: health, care, wellness, franchising)
  • have commercial acumen, and understand the drivers of growth for small to medium business success
  • work collaboratively with 'business partners' and head office colleagues to achieve both sales growth and brand standard improvement
  • provide accurate advice to colleagues that informs operational planning and promotes sound business outcomes
  • educate and hold 'business partners' accountable to company systems, processes and practices
