Your role...


The Manager Devices and New Partnerships is a critical role in Sales and Marketing Leadership Team as well as the wider business, responsible for delivering the strategy, revenue targets and end-to-end management of our devices strategy and roadmap, as well as sourcing, negotiating and nurturing key business-wide mutually beneficial partnerships to drive growth and customer satisfaction.


About you...

  • Entrepreneurial and creative, you'll see amaysim's devices business as your own;
  • Scientific and commercial you'll have lots of ideas, and you can separate the good from the bad using science, strategic frameworks, and commercial analysis;
  • Customer oriented. You understand and enjoy investigating the behaviour of our base of customers and prospective new customers, finding out how their behaviour is driving our business; &
  • People person. You can build trusting, consultative, and personal relationships across amaysim.

Your key accountabilities -

  • Own new revenue initiatives to deliver sales targets, as well as develop, onboard, and take the lead developing and maintaining revenue generating partnerships;
  • Oversee procurement and vendor management processes, including contractual agreements, plus run performance of Devices portfolio to target of all cost and revenue lines;
  • Develop amaysim's sustainable partnership strategy to drive growth and customer happiness;
  • Source and maintain new strategic partnerships, plus source and facilitate vertical integration opportunities; &
  • Own all metrics including sales, revenue, promo discounts, etc.

Your key ingredients for success...
-
Significant experience in Product Marketing Management and in a fast-paced evolving environment with strong experience stakeholder management expertise;:

  • Ability to drive bespoke programs of work for revenue and customer outcomes;

5+ years' partnerships experience with a Telco/Devices focus is a must have;:

  • Bachelor degree in a Business / Commercial field with advanced interpersonal, relationship building and negotiation skills; &
  • Commercially astute, passionate, decisive and able to cater your style to suit your audience.
