Role: Case Manager MSTS (Mobile Support and Treatment Service)
- **Contribute significantly to the mental health support of individuals and families**:
  • Ongoing full-time position available
  • The service operates from 8.00 am to 9.30 pm on weekdays and from 8.30 am to 5.00 pm on weekends and holidays.
Case managers work shifts throughout the week:

About the Mental Health Division


The Mental Health Division offers mental health assessments and interventions for individuals dealing with mental health conditions, as well as their families and caregivers.

Operating on a recovery-oriented model, the Mental Health Division delivers a range of services in hospitals, communities, and specialized settings catering to infants, children, youth, adults, and seniors throughout Victoria.

All mental health services adhere to a clinical framework promoting recovery-oriented practices and supported decision-making.

About the Role
As a Case Manager, you will collaborate with the MSTS Consultant Psychiatrist and the team to ensure the highest level of clinical care for consumers

A typical day will involve:

  • Conducting assessments and managing cases of NEMSTS consumers, contributing to the execution, monitoring, and assessment of treatment goals
  • Providing top-quality care for a clinical caseload, along with consultations and interactions with families and organizations:
- Offering assertive mobile support to consumers within their local community:

  • Supervising medication for consumers in the community:
- Collaborating with the Consultant Psychiatrist, Registrar, and consumers to plan suitable clinical interventions and ensure their high-standard implementation:

  • Sharing expertise and skills, drawing from your professional background as part of a multidisciplinary team, engaging with other mental health professionals on specialized and community psychiatry matters
