Job Description:


Due to ongoing growth within the business, an exciting opportunity exists for a Case Manager to join our Toll Transitions team based in either
Melbourne, Brisbane or Adelaide.

As a Case Manager, you'll play a crucial role in supporting relocation iniatives by being the single point of contact for Australian Defence Force (ADF) Members & their families during their relocation across Australia.

Our Case Managers strive to ensure that all ADF Members experience a superior relocation.

This is a permanent fulltime role, operating during standard business hours Monday - Friday.

As the Case Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering a high-quality end to end relocation experience to your relocating ADF members and their families through world class case management, policy compliance, advocacy and escalation resolution.
  • Expectation Management ensuring Members and their families understand service scope and the relocation life cycle.
  • Proactive and technically competent administration of Defence relocation policy & entitlements ensuring benefits and entitlements are in accordance with PACMAN and Client Key Performance Indicators.
  • Effective & continuous collaboration with Case Management Associates to ensure seamless management of relocation tasks ensuring timely outcomes for the ADF members.

Qualifications:

***To be successful in this role, you will need: - Case management experience in a similar role is highly advantageous

  • Experience in Global Mobility, Assignment Management, managed services, Insurance or Travel would be advantageous
  • The ability to interpret policy and legislation
  • Ability to become accredited to Toll Transitions inhouse case management training programme
  • Sound understanding of the Relocation Lifecycle
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Understanding of computer programs (MS Office, Movemastro)
