Your new role...


•Identify and communicate with senior management strategic opportunities for accounts

•Align and leverage efforts and strategy with Global & Regional account management teams

•Develop and direct the implementation of goals, objectives, policies, procedures and work standards

•Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned customer accounts

•Conduct regular internal operational reviews with internal stakeholders

•Manage customer service issues and customer complaints

•Manage individual service level, ensuring to provide timely and accurate advice

•Partner with customer to redevelop and execute GTM strategy, ensuring supply chain execution

About You


•Experience in 3PL Account Management roles

•Experience managing large sales accounts

•Customer service oriented with the ability to build strong rapport

•Excellent communication and presentation skills

•Strong leadership and collaboration skills

•Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills

•Ability to communicate, coordinate, implement, and manage change within a large organisation

•Sound knowledge of supply chain / logistics systems (WMS, TMS) and practices
