About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
Fulfil the responsibilities of this role in accordance with Queensland Public Service, the Metro North Health and Community and Oral Health values
Treat both new and review patients with Diabetes
Treat patients and their families with compassion and respect and treat all hospital staff and professional colleagues with courtesy and respect
Work collaboratively with primary care organisations and primary care practitioners (e.g.
general practitioners) as well as referrers from the hospital system in support of good clinical care
Provide ethical decision making in the achievement of organizational goals
