Our industry is unique, and your experience in demonstrating empathy and sensitivity when dealing with end of life related inquiries is key. This is a great opportunity to develop your knowledge across the funeral industry and the InvoCare brands whilst being the initial contact point for our families.

Your new role:

As a Customer Care Centre Co-ordinator, you will help support families through a pivotal time in their lives. This is achieved by delivering our services to client families through a culture of CARE and excellence. Not only will you be joining a nationally recognised customer care centre you will also become part of our wider operations team – one of the highest engaged areas in InvoCare. We value and invest in our people and rally around a strong core culture of CARE and empathy, which makes work, engaging and purposeful.

The role primarily involves:

  • Being a first point of contact for families in the initial steps for arranging a funeral
  • Organising transportation of a loved one into our care
  • Delivering a strong customer experience
  • Assisting with enquiry follow-up and assorted calls relating to our funeral home brands and cemetery and crematoria memorial parks
