**Service Co-ordinator**:
**SERVICE CO-ORDINATOR**

**RESPONSIBLE TO**
State Service Manager

**SUPERVISES**
New & used service personnel

**OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB**

To supervise new & used machine preparation jobs in conjunction with the Field Service Supervisor.
To assist in ensuring that the service department administrative paperwork and filing is kept up to date.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

Oversee the co-ordination of new/used machine sale preparation jobs in accordance with established procedures.
Oversee to completion all used equipment refurbishment jobs in accordance with established procedures.
Completion of delivery & despatch dockets for new & used machinery.
Assist customers and/or representatives at the service counter in a timely manner.
Liaise with the workshop foreman.
Participate generally in the running of the department to ensure smooth and efficient outcomes.
Any other duties as defined from time to time.
Provide workshop meetings input.
Invoicing of all retail and internal jobs

**OHS Responsibilities**

Follow safety procedures and working methods.
Use plant and substances in a safe manner, having regard to the safety of yourself and others in the workplace.
Wear PPE provided when required
Report all injuries and safety issues through the reporting mechanisms provided.
Keep the work area clean and tidy.
Participate in agreed IM and RTW Programs if injured.
