We are seeking a personable Customer Service Coordinator with strong initiative to join a leading global company who specialise in the design and manufacturing of medical equipment.


You will be a confident communicator, who can provide excellent customer support to customers who include; major public and private hospitals, including specialist clinics in the whole of NSW.


Working within an established team of 6 across all B2B customer communications, you will receive detailed training and support, and will be exposed to a range of development opportunities to further your career.


Your day-to-day will include, but not be limited to:

  • Liaise with and assist the Sales and Customer Service Teams to advise on availability of medical equipment and to provide support to customers queries.
  • Manage and coordinate Logistics of deliveries.
  • Maintain customer records detailing customer history and stocktake (SAP experience).
  • Provide knowledge of products and surgical techniques relates to the use of products (full training and guides provided).

Who you are?

  • Previous experience in Medical, Pharmaceuticals or Healthcare Industry is beneficial.
  • Great customer service experience and confident communicating with different stakeholders.
  • Experience using
    SAP (at least 1 year is essential for this role).
  • Fulltime hours in the Office (Monday
  • Friday, 8am till 5pm), open to Parttime applicants too, office only.
