THE OPPORTUNITY


The purpose of this role is to proactively lead and manage a team of Learning Designers, building learning and development initiatives and learning programs for the RTWSS Business Unit.


The role reports to the RTWSS learning partner and is responsible for managing and prioritising development and delivery of learning solutions to meet strategic business and learner needs.

The role will engage and manage stakeholders from the business and People teams to lead the Design team with scoping, establishing and maintaining business-level learning solutions.


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Partner with RTWSS Learning Partner, RTWSS Design team and RTWSS stakeholders to lead development and implementation of learning strategies, taking into consideration the needs of the business and design team priorities.
  • Deliver to RTWSS Strategy through leading the design and implementation of learning solutions by the RTWSS Design team.
  • Coaching and Development of the RTWSS design team in learning methodologies.
  • Drive and lead the continuous improvement of learning content across the team.

ABOUT YOU

  • Experience working at both a leadership and a strategic level of contemporary learning and development / organisational development in medium to large organizations.
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role, with program ownership within a fastpaced business environment
  • Qualification aligned to Learning & Development, Change Management, Organisation Development, Human Resources
  • Minimum intermediate proficiency in Microsoft office suite
