**What is this opportunity?**:
We have a rare opportunity for a talented business leader to join us as part of our Regional Business Leadership cohort. In this position, you will take ownership of 10-12 of our successful Dental centres in Sydney.
We will provide you will all the tools needed to be out in the dental centres on a regular and ongoing basis, overseeing the Centre Leaders and mentoring them through your own success and loss stories.
Key areas include:
- Building strong collaborative relationships with Dentists to support them to reach their full practicing potential
- Providing exceptional leadership and mentoring for Centre Leaders
- Providing planning guidance aligned with Pacific Smiles strategic objectives
- Full P/L accountability for the centres in your Sydney region including revenue, EBIT, NPS vs target
- Drive the implementation of the operating budget, and operational improvements in region
- Mirroring our positive company culture in all centres with a focus on patients, staff and practitioner engagement

**Are you what we are looking for?**:
We are seeking a commercially astute individual with a true passion for leading successful people, resulting in successful centres. We pride ourselves on our high level of patient satisfaction and look for those also aligned with these people focused values. You will engaging, personable and not afraid to get your hands dirty
You will need:
- Experience managing multiple remote businesses concurrently such as retail centres, medical practices or similar
- Proven previous experience in achieving profitable outcomes from your solid business understanding including forecasting and budgeting
- Ability to achieve business process improvement at an operational level in a professional, fast-paced environment
- Open, flexible and pragmatic communication style and well-developed negotiation skills
- Sound understanding of customer service frameworks, expectations and a commitment to the delivery of consistent and outstanding quality service.
- Highly developed leadership strengths including Emotional intelligence and the ability to self reflect
- Current drivers licence (car) and ability to travel within the region on a daily basis
