Our purpose is to enable the sustainable provision of care by our customers to society.As an Implementation Consultant you'll work with the Customer Success Team and implement all modules of our flagship product eCase.
Job DescriptionConducting assessments of current project capacities and timelines.
Performing implementation planning and setup activities for projects.
Be involved in scoping, planning, designing and implementing Home Care and projects across Australia and New Zealand.
Liase with internal stakeholders on business needs and contribute to solutions.
Understand the importance of effective change management and training for successful projectsDesired Skills and Experience
Experience in Home Care/Aged Care technology highly regardedBusiness consulting experience or relevant industry experienceStrong communication and analytical skillsExcellent time management skills, demonstrating the capacity to plan, prioritise and organise your time, project schedules and work on concurrent projectsHave an excellent client focus with a drive to deliver and exceed client expectationsAbility to demonstrate your relevant business and functional experienceA 'can-do' attitude with the desire to contribute to a high-performing team
