Job DescriptionWe are seeking experienced Personal Care Workers to join our team in Melbourne North. As a Personal Care Worker with Right at Home, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality care and support to clients in their homes
- Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare meals and snacks, and assist with light housekeeping
- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
- Work collaboratively with our care team to develop and implement personalized care plans
- Minimum of Certificate III in Aged Care, Community Care, or Disability Services
- Current First Aid and CPR certificate
- WWCC (Working with Children Check) and Australian Police check
- Driver's license
- Up-to-date Covid-19 vaccination
- Experience in a care role
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of WH&S and infection control
