Our global, high performing Talent Acquisition function is looking for a Talent Acquisition Systems, Operations and Projects Specialist to join our function (could be base in Sydney, Melbourne, or elsewhere) to drive operational efficiency globally throughout TA.

This role will aid the identification of continuous improvement opportunities to simplify and improve ways of working across TA process and offers the opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of talent acquisition operations, leveraging cutting-edge technology, and driving impactful projects that support our organization's growth and success.

There are four key areas of impact that this role will have;

1) ATS SME (Subject Matter Expert)

2) Talent Acquisition Process Optimization

3) TA Reporting (Data Analysis, Reporting, and Insights)

4) Project Support

Additionally, this role will provide operational support for talent acquisition projects, including but not limited to, system implementations, process redesign initiatives, and strategic recruitment initiatives and collaborate with project teams to define requirements, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with talent acquisition objectives.

In order to have maximum impact, you ideally would have come from a TA background either in an operational/projects/systems type role, have extensive knowledge of TA Technology and optimising TA tech stacks, ideally have prior experience working with Workday Recruiter/ Workday HCM and have a proven track record of optimizing processes and improving operational efficiency within a talent acquisition or HR function, and be able to articulate the impact you achieved in all key areas.

What will determine your success is your ability to manage conflicting priorities and multiple tasks all whilst working with key stakeholders to manage expectations through enhanced communication skills, an ability to influence and articulate complexity clearly.

Additionally, being action oriented, outcomes and results driven focused, possessing a can-do approach, the ability to think about the bigger picture and how the puzzle pieces fit together to optimise a TA function (as in think about how we become the global leader in Talent Acquisition and deliver optimal talent outcomes for Toll) will impact on your ability to achieve maximum impact within this role.

What moves you?

At Toll, you can help play a vital role in delivering what matters. From food, fuel, medicine and rescue services, we keep businesses and communities thriving. Every day brings change. We see that as an opportunity. To be curious. To ask the right questions. And build meaningful connections. Because finding new ways to solve problems is what we do. With a bold vision to expand our global reach, our 16,000+ people bring a passion for progress.

We collaborate in friendly, caring teams, supported by approachable leaders who give us the autonomy to quickly make decisions with impact.

Learn and grow with industry-leading training, alongside talented experts. Feel empowered to take on diverse challenges and new responsibilities to move you, our customers, and our world further.
