The role


We've got an exciting opening in our HR team for someone to take charge of talent acquisition for a mix of roles leading up to our busy summer period, which is a crucial time for our business.

As we upgrade our hiring approach, systems, and methods, you'll be right at the heart of putting these changes into action, especially for high volume roles.

Your role will be vital in shaping how we attract great people as we move towards even better talent acquisition practices.


  • Proven experience in a similar role recruiting volume in the bluecollar space within an RPO, agency or internally will set you up for success
  • High level of initiative second only to your attention to detail
  • Sound time management skills a sense of urgency without compromising quality or accuracy
  • Experience recruiting across a range of roles and disciplines using innovative sourcing methodologies and nontraditional channels
  • Maintain accurate and adequate reporting of recruitment activity to support talent acquisition insights
  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with Hiring Managers and other key stakeholders within the business to deliver talent acquisition needs

Skills and Experience

  • Tertiary qualified, in the field of Business, Human Resources, or relevant industry experience
  • Outstanding relationship and stakeholder management skills, capable of dealing with all levels
  • Significant recruitment experience working across a breadth of roles in an inhouse/RPO environment
  • Experience with recruiting operational roles highly desirable
  • Ability to handle highvolume recruitment
