Osborne Richardson are seeking applications from Talent Acquisition Officers for a contract role for our local council client located in Melbourne.

This vacancy is for a position that involves providing proactive and high-quality support to the Talent Acquisition team in various recruitment processes, including permanent, contract, and agency hiring. The role requires implementing new practices and initiatives to enhance quality and process improvements. Key responsibilities include offering administrative and functional support, monitoring temporary employment services, ensuring compliance with policies and processes, fostering positive stakeholder communication, analyzing data for operational efficiencies, overseeing agency performance, ensuring pre-employment compliance, and maintaining valuable partnerships. The position also involves providing advice and training on recruitment processes, systems, and policies, along with adhering to contractual and financial arrangements, legislation, and organizational policies. Additionally, the role may involve project and program support within the Talent Acquisition team.

This is a contract role until the end of June 2024.

Please apply if you meet the below criteria:-

Experience in providing high-quality support to the Talent Acquisition team across the permanent, contract and agency recruitment life cycles.
Experience with human resources management, talent acquisition or recruitment administration and processes.
High attention to detail in processing administration tasks and providing support in a fast-Paced environment, whilst maintaining privacy with employee details and confidential information.
