You:

  • Have likely been recruiting for at least five (5) years, mostly in an
    engineering environment, and thrive in a technical world.
  • Enjoy the challenge of turning over every rock to leverage
    LinkedIn, social media,
    network, coldcall, and 'headhunt' your way to filling critical roles for the business.
  • May have proven experience recruiting talent across
    multiple geographies and time zones.
  • Are
    innately curious, enjoy learning new things, and given your global reach, aren't afraid to ask questions.
  • Are excited about having a direct impact on the business.
  • Pride yourself on being a creative problem solver
