About the Role

In this vital role, you will play a key part in improving Multicap's ability to attract and engage new customers by:

  • Guiding prospective customers through Multicap's engagement processes, ensuring they have an exceptional experience on their journey to becoming a Multicap customer.
  • Increasing awareness and interest in Multicap's extensive range of high-quality services and supports.
  • Deepening Multicap's understanding of local community demand to align our services and support offerings.

Role Responsibilities:

This role is primarily based at our Eight Mile Plains office, offering the opportunity to collaborate with a dynamic team and enjoy the flexibility of working from home as per the Multicap agreement.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting new customers in onboarding to Multicap services, providing support for process navigation, facilitating local introductions, meetings, and follow-up activities with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Building awareness of Multicap services and support options by forging strong functional relationships with local communities and forming partnerships with other organizations serving current or potential customers.
  • Collaborating with relevant operational areas to identify growth opportunities and market penetration, as well as developing and leading go-to-market initiatives.

About You:

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • Experience in community, disability, or health services, or a solid understanding of NDIS processes.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and written skills, with the ability to adapt and negotiate in a flexible and rapidly changing environment.
  • Strong organizational skills, including the ability to manage workloads, meet deadlines, and set priorities effectively.
