What role will you play?


Play a key role supporting our busy and dynamic campus recruitment team, focused on Macquarie Group's Australian and New Zealand graduate and intern hiring activity.

You will build on existing partnerships with our network of schools, university faculties and societies and identify new engagement opportunities to promote our employee value proposition and build awareness of the diverse variety of programs available to students at Macquarie.

In this diverse role, you will also have the chance to be exposed to some recruitment in peak campaign seasons.
