About the Role:

National Australia Bank (NAB) is seeking a highly skilled Early Careers Consultant to join our People & Culture team. As an Early Careers Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering strategic and diverse early career talent pipelines that meet the required future capability needs of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute recruitment campaigns to attract top talent to NAB's Early Career opportunities, working closely with multiple stakeholders.
  • Present and engage with talent on and off campus, promoting NAB's brand as an Employer of Choice, and attending university careers fairs, information sessions, networking events, and high school sessions.
  • Build strong partnerships with key industry bodies, tertiary institutions, high schools, and student societies to drive the development of early career pipelines.
  • Design, coordinate, and deliver key program milestones, including pre-engagement, onboarding, induction, development activities, and program roll-off.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment and program initiatives through data analysis and feedback mechanisms, managing post-campaign and in-program reporting and analysis with a focus on process improvement and NPS.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in program management and end-to-end service delivery within complex or volume environments.
  • Learning & Development industry experience is preferred.
  • Senior Stakeholder Management – ability to influence across levels and foster strong relationships with internal/external stakeholders.
  • Highly developed written and verbal communication skills, presenting professionally and with confidence.
  • Experience presenting and facilitating workshops to audiences of 100+.
  • Strong client focus (internal and external), with a high degree of urgency and responsiveness.
  • Tertiary qualification highly desirable.
