Brax Window Treatments have been proudly serving the greater Geelong region since 1942. A locally owned and operated business, Brax design and manufacture their wide range of roller blinds, curtains, awnings, and Invisi Gard Security doors locally. The Role
The Sales Consultant role will see you work with a diverse range of clients across the greater Geelong region to promote and grow Brax Window Treatments. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to proactively generate new business while also delivering exceptional consultation to the existing customer base. From providing in-home interior and exterior measure and quoting services, to managing customer enquiries and contracts of sale, your strong sales skills, excellent customer service skills, and natural attention to detail will set you up for success.
Duties
- Develop and execute proactive sales and business development strategies
- Manage new and existing customer accounts
- Provide in-home, interior and exterior measure and quoting services
- Manage customer enquiries and leads
- Complete sales-related administration
Skills & Experience
- Demonstrated experience in a similar mobile sales role
- Proven business development experience with proactive approach to generating new business leads
- Exceptional customer service approach
- Intermediate (or greater) computer skills
- A positive and proactive approach to organizing your work
- Previous experience within, or knowledge of, the window furnishings industry would be highly advantageous
