You will be responsible for nurturing leads from quote to completion and delivering novated leasing products to customers. Your responsibilities will include: Assisting customers with inbound sales calls while delivering an exceptional customer experienceGenerate and nurture a pipeline of leads and convert opportunities to financing, sourcing and/or disposal of vehicles for customersProvide quality advice to customers regarding relevant relevant novated leasing servicesConsistently meeting KPI's as requiredDisplay a strong work ethic and a genuine desire to assist others Skills and Experience:

Our client is looking for someone with previous experience in a sales contact centre environment or frontline sales whether in a b2b or b2c environment. If you bring experience in these areas and are motivated to succeed, we encourage you to apply. Extremely clear and high level communication skillsAbility to work in a phone-based sales environment - experience in a sales-based call centre environment preferred (b2b or b2c)Experience in a frontline sales environment will also be highly regardedExperience pipelining and nurturing leadsMotivated to learn and succeed while demonstrating resilience and adaptabilityExcellent ability to work in a team-based environmentOpen to all industries (e.g. insurance, telecom, leasing, automotive, solar etc.) and university graduates Training and Induction You will be provided with full training for this role.
