About the role


Reporting to the Recruitment Superintendent, you will lead a team of Recruitment Administrators, supporting the recruitment team You will have a high level of attention to details in everything you do, with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders and provide exceptional customer service.


  • Provide (Depending on the person we obtain will determine structures) administrative support to the Recruitment Team
  • Managing a team of Recruitment Administrators
- . Develop fit for purpose ways of operating for each business unit

  • Supporting a team of Recruiters
  • Assist with preemployment medicals,, police checks, PPE orders
  • Ensure compliance checks are completed and correct (Work rights, VEVO check)
  • Provide a high level of customer service to internal & external stakeholders
Assist with international and visa enquiries and to link in with our relocation team

What you'll bring to the team

  • Strong leadership skills, with an ability to grow and develop a team
  • An understanding of mobilisation requirements for client sites (RIO, BHP, Roy Hill)
  • Understanding and managing through different priorities and guiding the team through these
  • Strong excel skills, with an ability to produce reports when necessary
  • Able to maintain composure in a fastpaced, energetic workplace, responding to competing demands for time and resources
  • Strong time management and organisation skills to ensure project schedules and deliverables are met
