**The Opportunity**

Silverchain are seeking an experienced and passionate Recruitment Resourcer to join our expanding team. Work within the Volume recruitment team supporting our Aged Community Care team. Whilst our head-office is in Osborne Park, this role will see you working from home for the majority of your time.

**Accountabilities of the role**
- Carrying out video interviews via Microsoft Teams.
- Maintaining efficient administrative processes and practices; and
- Assist with the compliance and onboarding process for new hires.

You’ll be comfortable working in an autonomous role, but confident in the support you can draw from your colleagues.

**To be successful in this role, you will possess**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Excellent data entry skills and attention to detail
- Have confidence to manage conflicting priorities whilst working remotely.
- Be proficient in MS software packages.
- Demonstrate knowledge of end-to-end recruitment process (including selection, compliance and onboarding)
- Experience in a similar recruitment position will be highly regarded.
