About the role

This role would suit an experienced recruiter wanting an in-house role in a supportive team looking to build their knowledge with process improvement and strategic projects by:

  • Building partnerships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers and external agencies.
  • Developing and delivering retention strategies aligned with Avivo’s strategic objectives.
  • Collaborating with teams to design effective candidate sourcing strategies.
  • Managing a recruitment caseload.
  • Continuously enhancing recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes to improve candidate experience.
  • Providing high quality monthly reporting to key stakeholders to improve recruitment efficiencies and drive projects.

What we need from you:

  • Tertiary qualification in HR, Business or a related discipline, or working towards.
  • Minimum of five years’ proven recruitment experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high quality customer service.
  • Knowledge of the Fair Work Act and Modern Awards would be helpful.
  • Experience in the Health Care sector (desirable but not essential).
