The New South Wales Electoral Commission delivers trusted and independent systems, processes, oversight and engagement that support democracy in New South Wales.

Our vision is to maintain confidence in the integrity of the democratic process and make it easy for people to understand and participate.

_ Essential Requirements_

  • ITIL V3 or V4 certification or equivalent skills and experience
  • Experience managing and providing Level 2/3 systems administration support across a broad range of complex business systems
  • Demonstrated recent experience in MS SQL Server and/or Oracle databases as well as IIS.
  • Experience using Azure technologies is highly desirable.
  • High level verbal and written communication skills with the ability to prepare clear and concise system support documentation and technical documentation
  • Politically neutral with no affiliation to political parties or lobbyists/campaigners.
  • Satisfactory Criminal Check Result.

_ Targeted__ questions_**•What skills and experience do you bring as an IT professional in supporting the operation of enterprise-level business systems? Your response should cover both customer service and the technical administration and maintenance of business systems at an enterprise level.

  • Describe how you deal with competing priorities and strict deadlines to achieve results, drawing on your knowledge of IT service management principles and providing examples in a business systems context.
