About the role

This position reports directly to VP Global Pursuits and Product Delivery in the Sales Enablement Team, located at Murarrie, Brisbane.

The Proposals Coordinator will join the Global Pursuits team to provide support, assistance, and guidance to the sales team(s).

As a Proposals Coordinator, you will play a critical role in the success of the business by coordinating, preparing, and developing compelling responses including EOI's, RFQ's, RFPs for EV Charging Solutions within a team environment.

Experience in competitive bidding is essential and global experience will be an advantage.

Responsibilities
Key responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:

  • This role will be heavily focussed on the preparation and collation of tender documents.
  • Maintain standard responses and collateral to aid with responses
  • Maintain registrations and monitoring tender market and identifying upcoming projects
  • Working closely with the core central team and a key part of this role with be the ability to communicate effectively with sales teams.
  • Develop accurate and compelling responses to RFI's, EOI's, RFP's, RFQ's.
  • Formatting and proofreading final responses prior to submittal.
  • Setting deadlines for tender material from internal staff to ensure strict deadlines are met.
  • Profiling strategies to market Tritium's services and expertise
  • Collaborating with internal sales team to build and enhance client relationships.

Qualifications and Competencies

  • Strong written communication skills and deep understanding of the tendering process
  • Strong editing skills and ability to develop structured written responses.
  • Excellent organization skills with a high degree of attention to detail (quality, accuracy and grammar) perspective.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Selfmotivated and ability to work autonomously
  • Ability to handle a variety of projects, evaluate priorities and achieve results in a fastpaced environment
  • Organizational skills, getting info from colleagues and holding them accountable to deadlines in a diplomatic friendly way is also required.
  • The role will suit an 'all rounder' who is a selfstarter that can work with templates, document layout/design, power point, and excel.
  • InDesign skills will be highly regarded but must be excellent in Microsoft (Word, Excel, PPT)
