Our client is a modern healthcare saas business that helps companies with their customer experience and compliance requirements, some of the organisations they work with are 7Eleven, Coles, Adidas as well as leading Aged Care and Healthcare organisations.


Your role
As a Junior Customers Success Specialist you'll dealing with low touch client.

Responsibilities

  • Create, implement, and execute best practices and workflows to help support and manage customers effectively.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for your customers and assist them in getting the most out of the platform in collaboration with onboarding and customer support
  • Managing the entire postsale cycle; upsell, crosssell, demo product, renew & retain.
  • Work proactively to identify potential problems early and support customers to overcome issues
  • Perform consistently and successfully across KPI's and measures of revenue metrics, operational metrics, and customer satisfaction metrics
