About the Role

Clipboard is seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Specialist to contribute to the growth and success of our team in Sydney. As a key member of our customer success team, you will play a critical role in ensuring our schools achieve their desired outcomes with our software products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implementation: Lead the implementation process for new schools, including project planning and initial account setup, to ensure a smooth transition onto the platform.
  • Project Management: Collaborate with schools to manage rollout plans and timelines, ensuring implementation milestones are met in a timely manner.
  • Training and Enablement: Deliver training to new and existing schools, equipping them with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed with Clipboard.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain implementation and customer success guides, help articles, and videos to support the implementation and continued usage of Clipboard.
  • Problem Resolution: Think critically and creatively to resolve problems, ensuring the best possible outcome for our customers.
  • Product Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of our software products and deliver training and workshops to ensure clients are effectively utilizing Clipboard.
  • Continuous Improvement: Actively engage in continuous improvement of customer success operations at Clipboard.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of professional experience in implementation or project management, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and communicate effectively.
  • Complex stakeholder management.
  • Initiative, drive, and self-motivation.
