We have a rare opportunity to join our Events & Partnerships team as an Event Manager, in a full-time capacity working from our Australia Headquarters in Sydney.
Employsure is Australia's largest provider of Employee Relations and Workplace Health & Safety support, proudly helping small businesses and family enterprises throughout Australia and New Zealand.
Leading a small team to continued success, you will be creating & managing the Events across Australia & New Zealand, focused on building the event calendars in conjunction with our industry partners and our sales teams.
A little about you:
- Minimum 5+ years' events experience ideally within a corporate environment.
- Proven experience in leading a team and driving metrics from the front.
- Experience in managing and delivering multiple and concurrent events from end to end.
- An understanding of the process of managing webinars, virtual events and hybrid events
- Strong administrative background including CRM contact management and customer service. Knowledge of CRM software, in particular Salesforce experience will be advantageous.
- Ability to influence stakeholders to drive strategic outcomes.
- Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Creative flair for event design including content.
