In this dynamic position based in our Sydney Office, you'll collaborate closely with the Planning Lead to craft compelling data packs for the supply review portions of the IBP process, ensuring seamless communication of key messages throughout all IBP forums.

Embrace the opportunity to delve into creative problem-solving and root cause analysis to tackle recurring issues.

Your critical thinking skills will also be used in identifying innovative ways to enhance the IBP process, elevating decision quality, and optimizing process outputs.

This role is your gateway to making a tangible impact on the organization's success and continuous improvement journey.

What you'll bring:

  • Experience working in a supply chain planning group, ideally in an FMCG business.
  • Have been an active participant in an IPB process. An awareness of the Oliver Wright IBP process is desired.
  • Business partnering/stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong communication and problemsolving skills.
