About the Role

As a Supply Chain Consultant, you'll work on groundbreaking projects in Planning, Operations, Distribution, Customer Engagement, and Transformation. Your analytical skills will help streamline and enhance operations, while your collaborative approach will ensure we understand our clients' goals and obstacles clearly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive transformation by partnering with our customers to unlock their supply chain-wide transformation needs.
  • Analyze and optimize current business processes within supply chains and operations across diverse industries.
  • Facilitate client workshops to uncover their unique needs and supply chain challenges.
  • Strategize with clarity by gathering essential information and keeping all stakeholders informed and aligned.
  • Co-create solutions with clients to design innovative new processes and organizational changes.
  • Coordinate implementation by ensuring a smooth and structured transition to the new working method.
Requirements

We're looking for individuals with 3 years of experience in a supply chain and operations role, preferably in the Life Sciences, Chemicals, or Consumer Packaged Goods sector. You should have a basic understanding of supply chain tools and have worked with an ERP. Strong problem-solving skills, a fast analytical mindset, and resilience in a fast-paced, international environment are essential.
